Back in 2019, I was part of a team who came up with, and created the “Optimum Nutrition Education site” - an online learning platform with over 400 minutes of nutritional and educational content, from two nutritional experts in the field, all with the aim of upskilling and enhancing personal trainers knowledge on the most important matters.

As a result of our work on this, we managed to pick up two Spider Awards at the 2019 edition of Ireland’s most prestigious digital awards ceremony.
The website first got awarded the “Best in Lifestyle & Health” award, before also scooping the much coveted “Grand Prix” award at the end of the night.
